"Was/Were"

Get to know a bit more about the project!

Below you can find my artist statement, some behind the scenes, and a special thanks list!

What is Was/were?

Was/Were is my take on the thesis project all of us seniors fear. When it came to creating mine I decided on making one large, detail oriented piece. My canvas is 48x60 inches and is completely covered (including the sides) with a method called zentangles, as well as the center collage. To learn about what the meaning is and what the creative process was like for me, check the bar above for more details!

Thanks so much for stopping by, and if you're here from seeing the piece in the gallery, please feel free to reach out and let me know what you thought! I love getting feedback from others, and would enjoy hearing what you thought. Also, feel free to browse the site, it is still a work in progress so apologies for any unfinished parts :)
